Refund policy

We have a 14-day satisfactory rule for our customers. Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, for a refund or store credit. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time, instead, we encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and return the original item for a refund or credit.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and with proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.

We do NOT accept returns of:

  • Sale Items: All sale items purchased during sale or promotion periods are final. We do not offer refunds or credit on sale items. Unless the product is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund.
  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund.
  • Gift Cards and Vouchers

To start a return, you can navigate to our return portal, and follow the prompts to start your return. Alternatively, you could via the chatbox or contact us Once we reviewed and confirmed your return request, we’ll send you the instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return confirmation will not be accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded o­n your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, C&L Jewellery does not cover the cost of return postage for refunds or store credits. We recommend purchasing tracked postage so you can trace your return; C&L Jewellery does not assume responsibility for lost parcels. If the error has occurred by the fault of C&L Jewellery, we will send you a return shipping label to cover the cost of postage for the return.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If you received an item that you believe to be defective or damaged,  or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at with 2 - 3 clear images, your order number and a detailed description and we will be in touch with next steps.
